UPDATE: EBSQ Servers still down
After speaking at length with our ISP, we have learned that they have encountered some global issues affecting all of their servers following the move to their new data center. They are working to resolve these issues as quickly as they can to get us and all of their other customers back online. Unfortunately, they gave us no ETA.

We apologize to folks who were counting on the servers being restored by 4pm today, and believe me, we're just as disappointed as you are. Thank you so much for your continued patience.

Hey gillie and gang! If this is an inconvenience for me, I can only imagine the nightmare it is for you. Just wanted to let you know that I am visualizing the best, avoiding thoughts of further complications, and wishing you all a lot of good will. I like being a member and I appreciate the services you offer. I also appreciate your professionalism, attention to the boards, and friendliness. Kathryn

I just have to say that comments like yours make my day. Thanks, Kathryn, and here's hoping that things are resolved for everyone involved by morning(including those poor techs putting in two all-nighters at the ISP!)

Hang in There!

I knew this was coming, and fortunately the only things I am effected with are the counters. I can only imagine how awful this is for you guys! Hang in there and this will all be a distant memory you can laugh about...like in 40 years or so :-)

Sorry you are catching so much grief. You did the very best you could do in warning everyone and as you say, sometimes things don't go as planned...it's more like hey, something this large will inevitably have some cracks here and there. You guys do a splendid job!

Hopefully in 40 years, we won't remember any of this to even laugh about!

Our ISP has a fresh crew in now and hopefully a new set of eyeballs will make all the difference in getting this resolved quickly!

Here's hoping today will be a much nicer day. Right now, I am just personally thankful that yesterday is over! And with a new team of techs on the problem, I am hoping a fresh perspective will bring us a speedy solution this morning.

Just wanted to let you know that you have another member who thinks that it's great that you prepared everyone so well and that we have this forum to check and see how things are going.

I'm an IT Manager during the day and I can appreciate what your ISP must be going through right now. Hang in there, no one wants to see you up and running more then them right now, after all you are a valued customer! At least that better be what they are thinking or they will have a ton of frustrated artists banging on their door! The horror!

Well, we're doing our best to keep everyone posted, but it's tough when we're getting so little (and occassionally conflicting) information from our ISP.
