We have just learned from our ISP that all of the machines have been moved to their new data center, including our servers, and they're currently working on re-installation of all of their equiptment. Once this part of the process is done, they'll be doing some testing of services, and then we'll be good to go and back online.
Thanks for your patience during this process!
Our servers are finally in testing mode. While we do not know how much longer until we're back up, we're nearly at the end of the move process and hope to be back online again soon!
As of 6pm EST, the latest news is that our provider is working on the last batch of server/domains in their queue and we should see uptime within the next two hours. If this changes, we'll certainly let you know. We understand that a lot of you depend on our services for image hosting, auction templates, the forums, etc(including us--I am personally going nuts without access to my email) and we want you to know that we appreciate your patronage and thank you for your continued patience.
After speaking at length with our ISP, we have learned that they have encountered some global issues affecting all of their servers following the move to their new data center. They are working to resolve these issues as quickly as they can to get us and all of their other customers back online. Unfortunately, they gave us no ETA.
We apologize to folks who were counting on the servers being restored by 4pm today, and believe me, we're just as disappointed as you are. Thank you so much for your continued patience.
