We just got off the phone with our ISP. While many of their global issues have been resolved, our specific servers still aren't "pinging" (meaning that the internet can't "see" them). They have upgraded our tech status to emergency level and hope to have more answers for us within the hour. Until they diagnose the problem, unfortunately that means still no ETA on when EBSQ services will be restored.
We really appreciate you bearing with us through this grueling process. And as always, thanks for your patience!
We've learned that one of our servers is up, but are waiting for a hard-wire connection to our database server for full service to be restored. Hopefully this will be resolved VERY soon.
The good news is for people who currently have images already hosted; your pictures are already showing up again. The bad news for everyone else is that our email is still down, and the site in general is acting very *sluggish* in general. We're going to continue to work with our ISP to resolve these issues.
We may still occassionally see periodic up/down time, particularly if a fix requires a reboot. But this should pretty much be the end of the long wait.
I want to thank you all for your kind words and patience during this time. It is truly beyond appreciated.
Please spread the word, since we currently can't do a mailing to let people know that services have been restored.
