We just got off the phone with our ISP. While many of their global issues have been resolved, our specific servers still aren't "pinging" (meaning that the internet can't "see" them). They have upgraded our tech status to emergency level and hope to have more answers for us within the hour. Until they diagnose the problem, unfortunately that means still no ETA on when EBSQ services will be restored.
