EBSQ has:

1)Brought a more professional edge to my work and in how I present it. With the message boards (forum) I learned many tricks of the trade, I would have floundered for (for many many years to come)

2)Helped me on the realization of becoming an artist instead of a hobby-ist. It brought a single focus/interst to my life instead of the willy nilly way I aproached everything. It was great to know I wasn't alone in the strugle.

3)It stretches me to do better each time I put paint to canvas. With the ever changing shows/themes.

4)I've made many lifelong art friends. Where I live (a small town near Fort Worth) there is not a large art scene.........at all. I now have people I can bounce ideas off of. THIS IS HUGE! For some one who's previous art conversations (with others) included things like "it's blue", "yah I like it"

5)Exposed my artwork the world. Before some can learn my name or search it on the internet - they have to learn it from somewhere :D

I would be lost with my EBSQ
