Thank you for this question. Ditto on the answers above. It's very simple. The art world is not so intimidating for me because of EBSQ. I live close to New York and it has always seemed impossible to connect with the art world there although it has happened in spurts and sputs. Ebsq has turned into the coffee shop to talk shop in that I never got to do in New York. Don't get me wrong, I would still love to be shown in New York. But EBSQ makes the whole art experience more friendly. And being taught art as I was taught it originally was for freedom of expression not anything else.

In one sentence, EBSQ has made life much more comfortable. I can do my art freely. This gives me emotional freedom because of being connected to a community.
