monkey wrench in the tech support gears this week

One of the joys of being a web worker is being able to take your work anywhere you have an internet connection. We are taking our first remote location working vacation since 2005. And unfortunately the wifi is beyond spotty. Last night, it took close to 5 hours to get a connection that lasted more than 2 minutes. And so we need to let you know that tech support and customers support are going to be a lot slower than our usual standard of care. We promise to get to everyone eventually. And we're so sorry for this unexpected snag.

Thanks in advance for your patience. We should be operating at normal speed on Sunday, 23 September.
