October's LIVE will cover two techniques. One will be how to make charms and pendants from clear plastic lids normally used for take-out food containers. The other will be how to make tube beads from soda, beer or any aluminum can. You will be able these can be put together on a simple leather strand or wire alone or with other components. There are no special tools, supplies can found around the house or at a craft or hardware store and it all starts with a dinner of your favorite take-out.

Amethyst Lobster is also known as Mary Lu Wason. She creates interesting, unique and beautiful jewelry from a of myriad materials including found and recycled items. She draws much of her inspiration from life in New York City and the Jersey Shore.
