hosted by EBSQ Self-Representing Artists and
Monday, April 11, 2005, at 9pm Eastern (6pm Pacific)
in the EBSQ CHAT ROOM
You have the brush, you have a jar of water and you have
watercolours. Now What?
You can find out at this month's LIVE. Artist Lori Rase Hall
will give a presentation on watercolour techniques. She will
also come with helpful tips and maybe a few tricks. When you
take a look at Lori's work, you will know this is not a LIVE to be missed.
Lori Rase Hall: Her beautiful and highly stylized water colors
have been featured throughout the Sacramento area as well as
the homes of collectors. Her work can be described as intricate,
vibrant, balanced, some times abstract, and always clever.
Her artwork expresses a whimsical world where girlie girls are
occupied by colorful cats, birds, fish and a slight dose of
psychedelia. Other times her work displays a complex and vivid abstraction of swirls and shapes that mingle perfectly, and dance
in the minds eye.
Lori has a fine arts degree in Painting, Drawing and Design and
resides in Northern California.
LIVE! is open to members and non-members and we encourage all who are interested to attend. The evening starts at promptly at 9 PM EST so be sure to arrive a few minutes early.
